NO MORE Week

NO MORE Week

Each year, NO MORE Week unites people from every corner of society and around the world to stand together and say NO MORE to domestic and sexual violence.

This powerful week shines a global spotlight on an epidemic that affects 1 in 3 women and 1 in 6 men worldwide. But NO MORE Week is about more than awareness — it’s about action. When individuals, organizations, and communities rise up together to prevent and end abuse, our voices grow louder, our impact stronger, and our movement unstoppable.

NO MORE Week 2026: March 1–8.

Together, we will break the silence, expose the reality of domestic and sexual violence, and ignite collective action to end it once and for all.

Getting involved is easy — and meaningful. We’ll provide ready-to-use resources, tools, and social media assets to help you participate, amplify your voice, and make a real difference.

For more than 10 years, people around the world have come together during NO MORE Week to take a stand and say NO MORE to domestic and sexual violence.

Together, we are stronger. Together, we say NO MORE

How to get Involved

Raise Awareness and Educate

Every year, millions of individuals worldwide are affected by domestic and sexual violence. By participating in NO MORE Week, you help raise awareness about these critical issues. Education is the first step toward change. Through workshops, seminars, and sharing information, we can learn to recognize the signs of abuse and understand how to support those in need.

Support Survivors

Your participation in events like the NO MORE Week 5K and other community activities directly supports survivors. Funds raised help provide essential services and resources for those affected by domestic and sexual violence. By taking part, you contribute to the global effort to provide safety, support, and hope to survivors.

Foster Community and Connection

NO MORE Week is not just about raising awareness; it’s about building a supportive and informed community. Whether you join the 5K, attend a local event, or participate in online discussions, you help create a network of allies committed to ending violence. Together, we can create safer environments where everyone feels empowered to speak out and seek help.

Easy Ways to Get Involved

  1. Share on Social Media: Use hashtags like #NoMoreWeek to spread the word. Share stories, statistics, and resources to inform your network.
  2. Attend Educational Events: Join local workshops, seminars, or virtual events to learn more about domestic and sexual violence and how you can help prevent it.
  3. Wear the NO MORE Symbol: Show solidarity by wearing the blue NO MORE symbol. It’s a simple yet powerful way to demonstrate your commitment to ending violence.
  4. Share in Your Workplace: Download our Employee Resource Group (ERG) toolkit to share information and organize workplace activities. This toolkit provides resources to help you educate colleagues, host events, and promote awareness within your company.
  5. Participate in the NO MORE Week 5K: Run, walk, or engage in any activity to show your support. You can join individually or gather friends and family to participate together.
  6. Donate and Fundraise: Contributions go a long way in providing support for survivors and funding prevention programs. Consider making a donation or starting a fundraiser.
