Our Team

The NO MORE Foundation is a coalition organization that operates under the guidance of a volunteer Executive Board and a Steering Committee, which includes representatives from leading anti-violence nonprofits. A small but dedicated team oversees NO MORE day-to-day.

Here's who is behind NO MORE.

Ambassadors

The NO MORE Ambassador program aims to expand the reach and engagement in ending domestic and sexual violence. We tap into the influential voices of our Ambassadors to raise awareness and inspire their networks to be part of the solution. With strength in numbers, we seek to change the culture that perpetuates violence.

Our NO MORE Ambassadors are from diverse backgrounds and regions and contribute their time and passion to amplify NO MORE's work and catalyze grassroots action.

Shiori Ito is an Oscar and BAFTA nominated documentary filmmaker, journalist, writer, and co-founder of Hanashi Films, focusing on gender-based human rights issues.
Carole Fisher, Survivor, Advocate, and Host of the Hit True-Crime Podcasts “The Girlfriends”
Ray Epstein-Shuman has been an advocate of NO MORE since aged 14, and has campaigned to help victim/survivors ever since.
Claire Merrick speaks about DV/SA through her theater work and has a vision of preventing DV/SA through education.
Alexis (Lex) Ruhlen describes spreading awareness of intimate partner violence as her “true purpose in life”, and was her part of our 2025 NYC Half Marathon team.
